Sabha

Terms of use

Last updated: 10 October 2026

About these terms

Sabha is the members' app of [Party name] ("we"). By signing in you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy, which says what we store and how you can see, correct or delete it.

Who can use Sabha

How to behave

Treat other members with respect. You must not post, send or share anything that:

You must also not share other members' phone numbers or private messages outside the app without their consent, record a call or Sabha without the consent of the people in it where the law requires consent, or try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

Your content

You own what you post. You allow us to store and deliver it to the people you send it to, as needed to run the service. You are responsible for what you post.

Admins and moderation

Party admins can approve or refuse registrations, remove members from groups, mute speakers, end Sabhas, and block accounts that break these terms. Admin actions are recorded in an audit log.

You can report a message or a member from inside the app (long-press a message, or tap Report next to a member in a group's member list). Party admins review reports within 24 hours and may delete the content or block the account. You can also block a member yourself (Block next to their name in a group's member list, or when you report a message): you no longer see their messages in groups or Sabha chat, and they are not told. Profile > Blocked members lets you unblock them.

If you break these rules, admins may remove the content at once, and suspend or block your account.

Complaints and grievance officer

For a complaint about content in Sabha, about another member, about how your account was handled, or about your personal data, write to our grievance officer: [Grievance officer name], [Grievance officer email]. You can also report from inside the app (above).

Live Sabhas and calls

In a Sabha, only people the host allows can speak or show video. What you say on stage is heard by everyone listening, which can be thousands of people.

Ending your use

You can stop using Sabha at any time and delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or as described on Delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law.

The service

We work to keep Sabha available and secure, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by using or being unable to use the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell members in the app when the change matters. Using Sabha after a change means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you can delete your account.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
